Harm Minimisation Conference 2016

GambleAware's 4th annual Harm Minimisation Conference was held on 7th and 8th of December 2016, at the King's Fund, London. Read a report on the Conference here. The aim of the conference was to review and discuss research, education and treatment in relation to minimising gambling-related harm in Great Britain. GambleAware conferences have been instrumental in shaping the direction of research and policy development, as well as informing industry practice in relation to promoting player protection and responsible gambling behaviour. This year, the conference was also an opportunity to review and discuss best practice in treatment and harm minimisation.

In 2015, GambleAware held the Harm Minimsiation in Gambling: Progress and Prospects Conference.

The 2014 Conference was on the theme of Investigating Gaming Machines in Licensed Betting Offices.

In 2013, GambleAware held it's first annual conference - Harm Minimisation in Gambling: Current Issues and Future Directions.
