Helen joined GambleAware as Senior Research Consultant in August 2019 and is now Evaluation Lead.

Helen’s strategic research and marketing experience spans commercial, not-for-profit and academic sectors. In addition to running her own research agency, she has held positions as Board Director of some of the UK’s leading digital, marketing and brand consultancies, including Oystercatchers (Management consultancy), Lambie Nairn and Michael Peters (Brand design).

She holds an MA in Social Research from Goldsmiths College, University of London, and is a Member of the Market Research Society, the Social Research Association and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

She is a Governor at the University of Westminster, and a Trustee of the largest branch of the Royal British Legion.
